For Insurance purpose the number of guests must not exceed the number booked

Are not permitted and you will be asked to vacate the premises and be liable for costs
Smoking Clean air fireplace commitment
Is not permitted in the premises only in the back yard or garden . Please use ash trays. Fireplace only available from December to January at extra cost for cleaning and refuel POA
Pets
We welcome pets with responsible pet owners . Please inform us if you intend bringing your pet along , our insurer request us to do so . Pets must not be left unattended
Damage
We will treat any such incident on an individual basis . We would appreciate if you inform us before leaving of any damage and we will inform you then how we intend to deal with the matter.
